The 4″ round vent pipe is used for many B vent exhaust applications. It can be used with natural gas or liquid propane, Category 1 appliances. This vent pipe is a 4 inch round / 6 inch long rigid pipe. Additional lengths can be added for longer lengths. It can not be cut for shorter lengths. Some appliances that use Type B Gas Vent Systems include:

- Room Heaters
- Decorative Gas Appliances
- Unit Heaters
To calculate installed length, subtract 1 1/2″ from each connection of vent. A 1″ clearance to combustible materials must be maintained. To calculate Outer Dimension (OD) add 5/8″. Actual pipe length is 6″.
